My client came to me wanting to give their holiday narrowboat a refresh, updating the curtains, bedding, cushions and accessories to create a welcoming and comfortable space for families to enjoy while exploring the waterways.

With the existing wood panelling providing a warm backdrop, we introduced colour, pattern and texture through a mix of playful fabrics and carefully chosen accessories. A combination of soft pinks, fresh greens and blues brings the different areas together, with stripes, geometric prints and floral patterns adding plenty of personality.

Working with the compact layout, the focus was on making the most of the space and creating somewhere that feels relaxed, cosy and full of character. The result is a cheerful little home from home, ready for guests to enjoy their time on the water.
